That's the idea behind Nolia's spine: it follows the approach used by international schools worldwide – inquiry, concepts, portfolios – so the way of working will feel familiar from day one. (Programmes such as the IB® Primary Years Programme inspired this approach; Nolia is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by the International Baccalaureate Organization.) We can't promise a school's admission decision – but we can promise the way of learning won't be foreign.

Depends on your state – and Nolia keeps you ready either way. It exports a curriculum-mapped portfolio PDF and an annual report built from what your child actually did: dated, structured, honest. You stay the author of anything you submit – Nolia brings the receipts.

Queensland asks registered families for two things a year: a written report on your child's educational progress, and an updated educational program summary if you're continuing. Nolia is built around that rhythm – it keeps dated records all year and produces an annual report you can use as the evidence behind your own written report. Work samples aren't mandatory in QLD, but if you'd like them, the portfolio export has you covered. And no – Queensland doesn't prescribe one fixed curriculum. You choose your program; Nolia helps you stay on track with the one you chose.

The annual report is an evidence-based summary of the school year (calendar year in AU, Aug–Jul in Germany) – families use it where a report card would sit. Whether it's formally accepted depends on your state's process. We keep it honest: it shows what was learned, with receipts.

Then Nolia hands you the paperwork for that conversation: a learning record any teacher can read, subject by subject, plus an annual report for the file. Re-entry becomes a step, not a leap. Some families keep a lighter Nolia plan running alongside school; others just leave with the records – both are fine with us.
